Make sure that you get the debt validated in writing before making any payment agreement. You need to be sure that their collections are legit and your money will be posted to your account.

That's good Smpathyzer I am glad to know that someone knows someone there. I would hate to think there harassing phone calls were just crank calls, they are violating federal laws so you might tell them that!!!!!!!
