You need plan your finance with a proper budgeting. Calculate the total income and expenses for each month and try to cut off any unnecessary expenses from the list. If you are able to save more, it can be used during emergencies. Read this article in the link. You will get some saving tips that will be helpful for your future.

Have you called the credit companies and inquire about your accounts? You may be able to finalize a payment plan without dealing with the CA. But if they have sold your debt to some CA, you have to work out arrangements with the CA only. Make sure that you get the debt validated by the CA so that you are sure of sending money to the right place.

Managing your finances efficiently is not an easy job. It requires careful planning, but once you have set up some a feasible budget then it really isn't so difficult. As you said that you want to leave home and want to settle independently, then you must be aware that when you leave your home the only person responsible for your financial health will be you. In my opinion you should first get rid off all the high-interest debts such as store cards, credit cards, or loans that you don't really need. Spend only on the basic amenities. Stop making extravagant purchases. Its actually all about being money smart.

Wish u all the best
