I needed a loan for my car confided in Midland Market to get this loan instead of taking $260 they took 600 and now my account is in the negative $545!!!!!

I had over paid Midland also, but they refused a refund and said I still owed them money and gave me a bunch of crap about turning me over to collections. I filed a complaint with the AG and with the BBB and they backed off.

Do get with the bank though! Don't waste any time. The longer you put this off, the harder it is going to be to get things taken care of with your bank.

I borrowed $200 from but so far they have takin $240.I would like to know should they still be taking money from my account. That account that they are taking from is about to be closed so I hope they don't try to get money from me sao other way. What should I do.

How many times have they taken the $240? What state are you in? I would file a complaint against them. I had a loan with them and they were a pain in the butt. They threatened me with collections etc. Finially got them to close my account with them. They didn't like it, but they did it.
