I think they got my checking account information from a payday loan company that I had used. How can I get my money back.My paycheck had not been deposited yet so I also got a 30 dollar fee from them charging my checking account.I emailed them again but have not received any response.I have never even logged into this site to register with them.
Thanks for your help ,It seems like every step I take forward,I take two backwards.
USA Benefits
I just received a 9;95 sebit as well, and I calld the 300 number...Got a very nice phone Rep which informed me had I not called to cancel this would have been deducted every month. Now if you don't have an understanding bank, you will have that 30.00 overdraft fee, however, I advise everyone to take their advice and do the police report for the non-concent used for taking the information. I was shocked that they had every bit of my personal history!
usa benefits 9.95 refund
This also happened to me, actually 2 months in a row. Apparently this is a monthly charge; however, you can call your bank and report this as unauthorized and you will be refunded the 9.95 PLUS any charges made to your account for fees as a result of this unknown withdrawal.
USA Benefits...$9.95 Charge
Contact you Banking institution. Put a stop payment on the $9.95 charge and file an un authorized withdrawal and Fraud against them.
usa benefits 9.95 refund
You do not need to pay a stop payment charge. Just report as unauthorized withdrawal and any bank will refund.
I'm another one
I sure hope they catch these people. I'm another one
they got. My bank is checking into them. They said

never give that info on the web to anyone. If they

I contacted this con artist. They have our social security #'s work history, mothers maiden name, deposit info if you have direct deposit from your work
checking acct/debit/or credit card info, depending on how you applied to see what kind of loan was available
they recieved all the info before you had a chance to decline or accept. which we all declined. Then they said we all accepted a free credit report. which we did not. I called this company and told them to destroy all my personal info. The man told me he couldn't do it it goes into a historical archive.
so my question is how can we stop these people and make them destoy our info. who can we contact.
This really sucks to have to worry about what they are going to do with all our info. we are going to have to check our credit reports often. Thats what they wanted.
rip offs of UsaBenefits
They got me too for 3 months straight for $9.95. I called them this morning, waited online for 3 minutes and spoke with a rep who claimed i registered for their services, i told her i didnt and wouldnt and to stop withdrawing from my account immediately and that i plan on reporting them. I've contacted my bank and plan to contact the BBB and FTC as well. Please follow up with a complaint so that its harder for these clowns to rip people off. Below is the companies information. By the way, if you go to google and type in their phone number, you will see that they have been doing this for a while.

Contact credit bureaus and inform them about the incident. File a complaint with your local police, BBB and FTC.
It's difficult to make them destroy our information once it has reached to them. What we should do, not to disclose our personal information to whom we don't know. Anybody can use these adversely and you have to pay for it.

I have been charged for a few months and I finnaly called my bank. You can fill out an "unauthorized debit form" at your bank and they will stop it and hopefully you will get your money back through the bank. It does not cost anything at my bank because it is not stopping a check I wrote or stopping something that was originally ok'd by you. When filling out this form you are basically stating that it is a fraudulent charge. Check with your bank.

I just realized i was getting the charge and i never clicked to receive any report or loan. I called my bank and they told me to fill out an affadavit for fraudulent unauthorized charges and i will get my money back and stop payment to them. it will not cost me anything either. First things first the employees that work for USA Benifits have not read the membership agreement. I to had a problem with them. It can be solved quick and easy. You tell them you have read their memebership argreement and it states this: At the end of the thirty-day trial period, we will debit your checking account in the amount of $9.95. The cost of retaining membership is $9.95 per month. You may cancel your service at any time by contacting our Member Services Department. If for any reason you wish to cancel during the first 30 days after your checking account is debited, you may do so and receive a full refund of the monthly membership fee.
Then what happened with me was the girl I was speaking to had to speak with her supervisor. She then got back on the line and said they would deposit my money back into my account. In about a week I received my money back. The only reason I was able to find the membership agreement is because I searched my hard drive for anything that had the words USA Benifits in it. It lead me to a page from a payday loan. I then copied and pasted it in to microsoft word and saved it. Hope this info is benifical to everyone. :D

USA Benefits-GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!
I got my money back by going to my bank and filing an affidavit stating that i did not authorize the 3 withdrawals this company had made to my account. It took my bank one week to refund my money. Please Please Please, file with your bank so that eventually this company appears on the banking industry's radar.

Bryan,
No problem, I am happy to help. It is tough dealing with people on the phone. Nine times out of ten they work very hard to hurt you instead of help you. You ask for a supervisor and it is the reps friend. So you really do not get anywhere.
The first person I spoke with was very rude and refussed to put the money back into my account saying it was not their policy. He then informed me that they sent me an email confirming that they would start to withdraw from my account. I explained to the guy I did not receive that email and even if I did I probably deleted it because I did not recognize it. I explained to him I do not open emails that I do not recognize in fear of a virus on my computer! Eventually I hung up on him because he was very rude and just wanting to argue. That is when I found their membership agreement. And was like in your face!!!!!!!! Ha Ha I beat them at their own game. I wish I could post a website that will give this info, but I can't find it in my computer. If anyone would like to view the full membership agreement I will post it next!!!

USA Benefits
Good Morning Everyone,
Just wanted to let you know that after talking with a rep from USA Benefit and threating to go to the BBB, I received my refund today. They kept trying to tell me that I agree and I told them that I did not and had all my paperwork to prove it, then the rep told me she had to put me on hold to talk with her supervisor and she came back to the phone and told me that they would reimburse me, this was on 10/30/05 and my account was posted today. So don't give in just keeping trying and be very careful the next time. GOOD LUCK ALL
ripped off also
I called this place just like you and they gave me a line of bulls--- that this is non-refundable so I told them that I researched thier company and found numerous other people that they did this to. I told them that if I did not get my money credited back to me I was calling the better business bureau and then finding a lawyer for a class action lawsuit where I would include all the other people that got ripped off, they immediately put me on hold then came back saying they spoke to their suppervisor and they would credit my $ back and I should see it in my account within 11 days. Please let me know if you get your money. Their address is 1 Millinium Dr Union Town, PA 15401 and phone # 800-80-5986.

My name is Lee. I was also charged $9.95 by USA Benefits. This was an unauthorized charge, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I called this company to find out what this charge was for. They said that it was for access to my credit report, a service that they provide to new members of Quick Loan Pros-a company that provides payday cash advances. I got the USA Benefits website from the representative. It is: registration.usamemberbenefits.com
This is a scandal as far as I am concerned as I never signed up for ANY services from USA Benefits. I have never even heard of the Payday Cash Advance Company Quick Loan Pros (their website is quickloanpros.com) either. I always receive emails from payday cash advance companies, but I always delete them as they are unsolicited and unwanted. I may have accidentally filled out part of the application in the email thinking it was something else.

USA Benefits Scam
I too have been a sucker for this company. I have never even heard of the payday loan company that they claim to have an association with. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau and I am also disputing this with my bank.....Lee Stanford
Fraudulent Activity
This company has fraudulently extracted $9.95 from my checking account on September 21, 2005. I have tried to call them - to no avail. I have already reported this activity as fraudulent and will persue further action of that nature. I hope you at USA Benefits are reading this!

USA Benifits
To all who have just posted
Read them their membership Agreement. It is fool proof. If they have only charged you once and it is still within the first 30 days you will get the credit back onto your account. Make that your first step. They will not disagree. Read this to them make it your first comment:
At the end of the thirty-day trial period, we will debit your checking account in the amount of $9.95. The cost of retaining membership is $9.95 per month. You may cancel your service at any time by contacting our Member Services Department. If for any reason you wish to cancel during the first 30 days after your checking account is debited, you may do so and receive a full refund of the monthly membership fee
Then they should honor the credit back to your account within a week. Also speak with your bank and inform them you have spoken with the company and they will be crediting the $9.95 back into your account. See the issue with dealing with the bank is sometimes they will charge you just to put a block on a debiter. Why pay for USA mess up? Take my advice if it does not work then someone on USA end is not doing their job right and request a supervisor. To read the complete Membership Agreement scrol back to page 6.
Thank yoU!
Complaint
I have a 9.95 charge on my card from these people I spoke with a bobby joe she told me once you inquire for a payday loan which I never went through with I am charged automatically after 30 days of my inquire your card is charge $9.95 I have never received a credit report free or paid for but they told me that cant give me a refund I think this is such a rip off and would like my $9.95 back she told me if I wanted to benefit from USA benefits I would have to register get my credit report and then call back after holding for 27 minutes and cancel I would like to fill a complaint and get my money back asap this is high robbery and should not be able to go on I see there are several complaints about the same thing so know payday loans and all you other loan companies dont have to worry about people checking out your web site because your in on the scam with these people this is trully sad.

So everyone knows you are able to access your credit report for free annualy (1 time per year) at this web site annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp. You can access all three major credit agencies. I was part of the same scam. I reported them to the BBB which I advise everyone to do and double check that you are taken off there list. I was issued a refund. Do not talk to the person who answers the phone go straight to a supervisor. Beware they are kinda rude. Here is the number 1-800-809-5986. If anyone has a direct line to Cash Advance Advisor the company that gave them our information I would love to have it. I plan on taking this matter further so other people do not get ripped off. Thanks
I was hit too
I was hit this morning with the $9.95 charge and had no idea who USA Benefits were. I did a Google search and found you. I called my bank and told them I had no idea who this company was and did not authorize any charge from them. They are doing research on it now and will reverse the payment and refund the amount within 3-5 days and it is not costing me anything. I say you call your bank, explain the situation and ask for them to help you by placing a stop payment on the company/charge and see if they will refund your money. I am very lucky this has not created any overdrafts, yet. Good luck to everyone and I pray that everything is resolved with a positive outcome.
Thanks mother of 3...
I took your advice and called them. I spoke to Cindy (CR Rep) she told me that when I filed out an application for a payday loan I clicked a box that said I agreed to a 30 day trial membership for a credit report. When I told her I did not, and demanded not only to have the account closed but also to have the money refunded she stated that the fee is non-refundable and that they send out an email of which I did not receive with a link to the web site. I did not accept this answer. I told her that I did not agree to it and that this was not right for them to do also that I did not receive the email have never used the account and did not know anything about it. She said I could contact my local authorities and file a fraud report. Then she asked me if I was going to do that. I told her not only would I file a fraud report I was also going to contact the FCC, the BBB, the Attorney General's Office and anyone else I could to have this taken care of. Like your call, she placed me on hold to speak with a supervisor. About 1 minute later she came with a story that she spoke with her supervisor and due to the fact that the account has not been used and since I did not receive the email they would refund the money within 3-5 days. If anyone else out there is going to make this call, do not accept anything they say until you hear they will refund the money and cancel the account. Ask for the account number, and confirmation number that the account has been closed and be sure to get the name of the representative I also was able to get her ext. number. Like mother of 3 said, you have to stand up to this people, let them know that you are not a stupid person and will not accept what they are TRYING to do to you. Most of all BE STRONG and don't give in to them. I am not the type of person who would usually speak to someone the way I spoke to her, but I took mother of 3's advice and it was kind of fun to "turn the tables" on them. Have fun with it!!!

I too am a victim of the 9.95 fee from this company claiming I wanted to get my credit report from them. I did not want this and I told them this. They did cancel my membership when I called, but they utterly refused to give me my money back. My bank is going to help me fight this. This is ridiculous. You would think that if you are doing a payday loan to help with your finances that the companies would understand that you don't have extra money for crap like this and would not allow this to happen. I guess everyone is out for a quick buck and we are just going to keep getting screwed unless we all stand up and fight. I want to make sure that this does not happen to anyone else.
USA Benifits
Penny,
Yes they will continue to debit your account even if you do not use their services. For me reading them their membership agreement worked and I was able to receive a credit within a week. They then cancelled my account and I have not had any other issues since. I will warn you however the employees are not the brightest nor the nicest individuals you will deal with. Stay strong and stand your ground. They have to issue you a credit!!!!! Also call your bank to let them know your account was debited without your authorization. One more thing DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU THEY SENT AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM THAT YOU WOULD BE BILLED FOR THEIR SERVICES. I am trying to figure out why this charge for $9.95 every month is being taken from my checking account. If you could help me please do so. Whatever this charge is for, i would like to know what i can do to have it stopped.
