Feeling a bit strapped for cash, I stupidly applied for a loan thru unitedcash loans and when i pressed submit, the site sent me other loan sites without confirming my loan. My point is they have my personal infor and i'm scared
what can i do?

can you go back to the united cash loan site and look and see if they have a loan listed for you?? You usually have to create a user name and password when you log onto those sites. Also...most of the payday loans have a disclaimer that says if you return the money within 3 days they will void the loan. If you go back and try to log in and it says you have a loan...then they will usually email you the terms and conditions...read them carefully...you can also try to email them at Customerservice(at)unitedcashloans.com or compliancedepartment(at)unitedcashloans.com. I would strongly urge you to concider other means if you are short on cash rather than a payday loan. If you read here for a bit you will see the pain and anquish it has caused many of us. Good luck..please come back if you have any other questions.

Keep an eye on your bank account. If you see any funds deposited, get the information from your bank, call the pdl that deposited the money and you can "return" the funds to them. If this happens, though, you know others got your account information. Close the account. Try to get back on to the pdl site you applied at and see the "status" of your loan.

its been my experience that when they send you to other loan sites it means that they have denied your loan request.
But it is better to err on the side of safety, Check your bank and see if money was deposited,
If you do have 3 days to return the money, I certainly would. Belive me you dont want to get caught up in the pay day lending trap

Oh my gosh! Whatever you do, try to sever all ties with United Cash Loans! These people are mean and nasty and seem to love to harass me at work. Morningstarr is right, you usually need to create a user name to access the website, but you can also call them and give them your info on the phone. I would advise you to check with your bank and see if you can stop them from accessing your account. In an extreme case, closing it may be the best bet as they will try to access it with a different name if indeed your info did go through. I have been dealing with them for a while now and have overpaid in fees for my $300 loan. I have already paid them $360 and they want $465 more. I think not. I am not trying to scare you, but these other folks are right. UCL is awful!

Some pdl's only allow ONE DAY to cancel the loan and have the funds returned. So, be sure to keep your eye on your bank account. If you see ANY unauthorized deposits, have them returned immediatley.
