credit problems

i just moved here from italy and because of the change in location my paycheck is not as much as its supposed to be. i just went through a bad divorce and now i have child support on top of my bills i need to consolidate my bills to make them lower so i can better manage my money i can't do that right now with the amount of bills i have to pay off.i oew BECU an ammount of $6,868 and i owe pioneer military loans an amount of $3,316. that comes to a total of just over 10,000
