Talked to a wonderful representative named Manny from the company Consumer Credit councelling of America.
Even though he had the right answers for me, and assured me that everything is going to work out, I can't help but fear that I am getting scammed.
Don't get me wrong, this finally seems like a light at the end of the tunnel, but I just am hoping to get a few creditial testimonials from you guys with this company.
I just need some reassurment that I am making the right decision.

I called the company that you suggested, and they were SOOOO helpful. She cannot work with me since I live in VA, and they don't have a liscense here, however, she did offer me solutions on how to do this on my own for now, and if I still need assistance from a consolidation company, she gave me a few company names that are non-profit.
