USA Benefits put a charge on my checking account. What to do?

I see that usa benefits have taken 19.95 from my account and i had an overdraft fee for 35.00. I do not think its right for them to do this to people. that sucks this is setting me back because i now have to pay the bank 65.00 bc of this mess.

First, I've never needed or used a payday loan. I've never
needed the assistance of USA Credit for any credit situation-
I don't have credit problems. What I did do wrong is not
check my bank statement monthly to see what activity there
was on my bank account-Never assume someone out there
has not stolen your identity or is trying everyway but loose
to tap into your bank account,i.e. USA Credit.
I noticed a $9.95 charge was auto taken out of my checking
and called my bank and they sent me a disbute for which I
filled out and took right to my bank. My bank now considers
USA Credit is has been taking money out of my checking account without my authorization ( unathorized withdrawl).
I also called USA Credit and a woman's voice came on saying
( I don't know where I am, don't know where Im going and
don't know when I'll be back, leave a message) Thats right-
scam,big time. Never assume anything to do with your bank
account activity-check it every month,take immediate action
against anything that does not look right.

I RECIEVED THE SAME THING THAT HAPPEN TO ME ON AUGUST 1, 2008 A USA BENEFITS DEBIT MY ACCOUNT OF $19.95 WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZING IT I TO HAVE USE A PAYDAY LOANS COMPANY AND BELIEVE THIS IS HOW THEY GOT MINE MY BANK IS NOW LOOKING IN TO THIS FOR FRAUD!!! I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK THAT SOMEONE TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT WITH OUT BEING AUTHIZED. THIS WAS A FREE CREDIT REPORT AND I TOLD THEM NO AND NOW MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED $19.95.

They are a bog scam. I got a payday loan and 3days later they took 49.95 out of my account. I gave them call and they refused to credit my account saying that the fee is non-refundable. I told them that i didn't elect for the service and they told me that i did. They also started reading from a terms and conditions and there were boxes with in it that had to be check and wheni asked her to read what i checked she couldn't. I know how you feel my account went into the negative bc of that.

Yes, they took out 9.95 out of my savings account, and I didn't even know it until my account went negative which cause insufficient funds which cost me more money to bring my savings account back to positive. I did not sign up for it and I had mashed the back browser, and it automatically clicked both of the things on the pay day loans. Then I could not do anything about it because I did not write down any phone number. This is a rip off, and everyone have to be careful with those payday loans online because some of them are tricky.

It is a repoff, go to repoff report and you will find it and make a complaint about it...they r evey where, STEALING FROM YOUR BANK, how they get it if they are not authorized?? claim to your bank too.

I WENT TO GET O LOAN AND I WAS ASKED IF I WANTED INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO GET APPROVED FOR A 25,000 DOLLAR CARD I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DEBIT 49.00 DOLLARS OUT OF MY ACCT I CALLED TO CANCEAL THOSE SERVISES AND A LADY HUNG UP ON ME.

I too got a letter from my bank saying that my checking account was over draft for a bank fee of 24.00 plus USA Benefits tried to take 49.95 I never heard of these people don't know who they are. I really need a phone number for them and what should I do?

they deducted 29.95 out of my acct and won't admit now, and I have to close the acct because of this.

I just noticed this 49.95 on my bank account for the last two months and when I called to complain was told there was a maintanance fee so they'd only refund the last 49.95. I'm p*ssed and am filing a complaint with the BBB.

:twisted: :twisted: :twisted: on 2/24/09 usa benefit charged my acciunt 49.95 i called 1-800-809-5986 and told them i did not order this service. she told me i didand then i told her that i was calling the ny state attorney generals office because i saw how they screwing with people on the computer. at that time she put me on hold, she came back on and told they credit my account in full. we then called my bank on a three way call, my account will be credited within 72 hours. got em back!

Well this same company took 49.95 from our account, and I did get through but they will not talk to me becouse their account is in my husbands name.

I have an emergency situation where i need to get $1000 fast for my car to be repaired. I need the money fast but I still want to not get screwed over. My friend suggested an online site that he used before called instantbailout.com I looked it over and it looks ok, but I am not sure what is a reasonable rate for a payday loan. Is there a standard for this
type of loan? Also does a payday loan effect your credit?

Repeatedly the USA benefits have been taking 19.95 from my checking account and I had already called them to make them cancel which they told me they did but im stil;l being charged!

i got drafted the amt for about three months now, and early this month i called, and the agent that answered got snooty with me and i requested to speak to a sup, adv sup that i didnt authorize these withdrawls, never recieved the emails, the sup stated will cancel membership and will refund my money but instead i got charged another draft today.

Please be careful Geneva roth Vent , loin point usa and USA benefits are one in the same. I had $400 taken from my account without authorization and am having a hard time getting it back. Watch all three companies.

Go to your bank. They caused me to overdraft my account so I was pissed. Be very stern but nice. Let them know this was an unauthorized withdrawl and a clear scam. I closed my account and re-opened a new one with the same bank. No Questions asked, and I never payed the overdraft. It's been a year and no charges yet. Blue star was another company that did the same thing to me at the same time.I don't play around wiht my money. Best way to prevent this stuff is to stay away from free credit reports and cash in advanced places. I had never even used the pay day loan but filled out the paperwork and left it at the place. They prey on the blue collar worker. But I am not pushed around by anyone.
