I received a charge on my checking account from usa benefits for 9.95 .I did not authorize this.I received an email from them about 3 weeks ago about receiving a free credit report from them and I emailed them back and told them I was not interested.
I think they got my checking account information from a payday loan company that I had used. How can I get my money back.My paycheck had not been deposited yet so I also got a 30 dollar fee from them charging my checking account.I emailed them again but have not received any response.I have never even logged into this site to register with them.
Thanks for your help ,It seems like every step I take forward,I take two backwards.

I just applied for the payday loan and didnt recieve it. But when they asked the question would you like a computer I put no thanks and checked a box say I would not like the computer but there is another box you have to check whether you accept or decline and they said I have had to click on the accept other wise I would not have been charged 49.99. I remeber I thought I denied the offer they said my money is nonrefundable and I made it were they could not charge my account again if you dont call them and talk to them they will keep charging you for other services. The number is 1-800-809-5986. Im barrly getting by I needed a cash advance and I didnt get it and got charged $50.00 for something I didnt want and didnt need. Im so pissed but what can you do about it.

I dont even know how they got my info, but why would I charge something on my bank account when I am fully aware there was no cash in it! So, since they had no authorization to do this I also got a BIG NSF. I am highly upset and I can't seem to get in touch! I don't know if they are affiliated with USA Credit but they also charged a $149.00 on my account with a BIG NSF

the same thing happened to me when i applied online for a loan. call usa benefits' number, cancel the service, then ask to speak with someone in the ACH dept. & have them conference a call with your bank to do the refund. i caught it on the day it went through and called immediately. i should get my refund in 3-5 days. my credit union said once i was refunded, call and the credit union would remove any overdraft fees related to the unauthorized charge

 This company Took 49.99 out of my account with out me even knowing about it.Said i signed up for something which i didn't and when i called to get my money back they said it was nonrefundable. In this mixed up world the last thing you would think is a company with U S A in their name would pull such an underhanded trick. Watch out anybody who thinks of using this horriable company.

I just received a payday loan, didn;t see that in the fine print .. and I actually read it in fear opf some weirdness such as this. Then 19.95 pops up the day after the payday loan goes in, luckily after or I too would have got the charge for overdraft. I will call & cancel thanks to all you good people telling everyone what happened, buit I am going to pay the $17 to block them too - It will cost me more not to in the long run -I always run my account down to just a few dollars -these unexpected things can cause nasty bumps! Thanks for the info guys -and the number ... my bank hasn;t gotten back with me yet. T

 i am sooo pissed off right now, I've just spoken to someone with USA Benefits and found out that I was somehow approved for a line of credit (credit card). The charge is for some kind of bebefit program that comes with the card. It gives you discounts on RX's and alot of other crap. They refused to take the charge off andsaid that if I don't cancel by Sept 24 I'll be charged the same amount again.

USA Benefits did the same thing to me! Unbeknownst to me they went into my account and debited it for $49.95 which caused my account to be overdrawn. I called the number listed in the description line on my transaction history and was successful in getting someone in Member services. The assured me they would cancel the monthly membership fee, but they could not refund the overdraft fee.

I am filing a complaint with the FCC and BBB.

Their address and contact information is:

USA Benefits
