I cash a bad check with wachovia bank and ith withdrawn my account i had with them but now its closed out. But i still owes debt of 3530.19 with them.i try calling to make payments that i can afford because i'am out of work right now. And on puplic assistance. I had called them and one of reresentative start getting smart with me about the payment i told her i would pay.

Maybe you can try calling back and try to reach another representative, or even ask to speak with an account manager/supervisor, and explain your situation to them. Many credit card companies will offer a financial hardship program if you are seriously delinquent on your account. It does take a couple of attempts though, but worth a shot.
