Bill management tool

My name is Malik and I have been badly in debt for nearly 5 years. I am a software engineer in Texas and I have written and used an online program for myself that allows me to track my finances and bills over the web.
I have had great success using this tool and it has helped me in many ways. I am now out of debt and I want to share this tool with as many people as I can so that maybe some good can come to others with it.

I read thru your TOS and it did not say anything about posting links other than posting links of competing sites and not to post news posts directly into the forum.
Where does it say not to post links? I am in no means a competing site. I am just some no body that has created a tool and wanted to share.
I would like for people to have and utilize this tool. Please at least take a look at it for yourself before you decide to delete my link.

I hope everyone has been utilizing my tool. If anyone has any questions or is confused about how something works. Please feel free to shoot me a message or reply to this thread. I wanted to let everyone know that I have just released a new version of Bill Tracker and I hope that this new interface layout will make it even easier to use. I would appreciate any comments.
