Scores not going up

I plan on having the rest of my debt paid off by the end of Sept. Once that is done, how can I get my score to go up so that Early Next Year (January) I can get my own Apartment

Its really nice that you have paid somewhat half of the debt. Wait till the whole amount is paid off. You have to be patient as repairing bad credit takes time.
And as Cajun says pay all your bills on time. It is one biggest factor that influences your score.

The advice given above is pretty good about improving credit. Make sure that you don't add more debts when you are already trying hard to fix your credit. You have to be patient while working on your credit. Congrats for all the good work that you have done so far. You will come through from the debts that you have left.
