Is is a payday loan? Tell us what state you are in and we can direct you with more info. You can get the address and send them a cease and desist letter, along with a debt validation letter. In the cease letter, put that you are not allowed to receive calls at work, and to cease communications with you, except via the mail..Keep us posted..KAren

Do you know the name of the CA calling you? I can help you in finding their address. They seem to be violating the FDCPA39 laws while talking to you on the phone. They should not be using foul language on the phone. If you have already sent the cease and desist letter, they must not call your place of work anymore. Otherwise, they will be violating one more fdcpa law. You should check your state laws on recording the phone calls and file a legal case against them with your attorney.

If possible, try to find out the name of the original company with whom you have the debt. You can make direct arrangements with them to pay off debt, without dealing with the CA.
