Trouble logging in

I'm Bossy4455(Karen) and am having major problems logging in. It finally let me, then when I looked at a post-kicked me off. I keep getting a message that the web page has expired, and something URL. I also can't retrieve a new pm in my box- and it is empty..Help!!..KAren
