Server Problems

Mperez: I too had problems logging on this morning. I generally use my phone (favorites) to access this site and I got an error message that a DB file was missing. I kind of freaked thinking that I was not going to able to log on again. But when I tried at work, it went directly to the site, WHEW!

I got yout PM today, Mperez - Working on the links right now.

Mperez, I am also having problems with my PM's. I have a pm from a few days ago that I can't open!!!!

I had problems last night also. It took a long time before I was able to get on here.

Our technical team has fixed most of the errors. They are keeping a watch on the system. Please don????????t be worried if the site doesn????????t load. It might be down just for a few seconds for observation purpose.

Sass, I will monitor the PM which you are not able to open since the last few days. I'll let you know.

It's not just you MPerez!! I was having all sorts of problems, but just with this site. I still can't open my new pms in my box!..Karen

It may happen that a page may take more than the normal time to open. Once you click on a page, the request is sent to the server and the page loads. If you have already clicked on a page, it will surely open but chances are it might take a few more seconds to open. Our technical team is fixing all the queries. The website will soon be back to normal speed. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Everything will be perfect soon :)

Oh, good! I was getting paranoid! I couldn't get on for the life of me the other night. Then was finally able to. Then today was having a hard time (while at work LOL!). And then tonight it gave me fits! I was freaking! This is my new addiction! If I can't get on the site, I'll be lost, wandering around the house wondering what to do with myself!

I've been having random problems with this site, both at home and at work, so it's not my computer or my internet connection.

If I go to "yesdebtfree.com", I get an error saying the site is unavailable for maintenance. If I go to "debtconsolidationcare.com", I get in, but I can't click on the link to the most recent posts since my last login.

very strange, yesdebtfree.org was working good for me but now it is not working. Please allow me an hour, I will fix it with the technical team.

Is DebtCC better now? Our team has corrected some of the bugs.

Great, I (h)ate these spammers, they are doing all possible things to overuse the resources for a DoS (thanks to tech team for explaining me this :) ).

Also we have temporarily removed the advance search.

We will kick them together, oh I am so angry on them :twisted:

Mike - does what you said have anything to do with my not being able to access the "posts since last visit" link? When I click on it, I get a message that says it's disabled, and I should use the new custom search....which comes up as a blank page.

I can't do the Posts since last visit either-it sends me to a page that says,temporarily unavaliable, and to do advanced search. SueBee,I still can't open my new PMs from you!!

"Post since last visit" is corrected, please let us know if you are able to access it.

Is yesdebtfree.org working for you? We have corrected it. Sorry for the inconvenience caused (and I am still angry with these spammers, who are continuously hitting DebtCC servers).

I have both of those problems working now, Mike - thank you so much! (But I still have housework to do..what can you do about that one, Mike? LOL)

YES, YES, YES, ALL DAY. I tired, but glad im not the only one. I think Mike is working on it, I sure miss my threads

Mike, do you think somehow the payday loan preditors have downloaded a virus of some sort, or something to sabotage what we have here? Just a thought.

At this moment, no one is able to access their "My threads". It's not just you only. We have removed the search option to do some system checks and confirm if it's affecting the server speed. I will let you know once everything is fixed. My programmers have done a very good job. Thanks to them also :)

Our guys are ready to work on Sunday also, if needed. I am happy to work with such a dedicated team. We always wish that our community members and guests have a good experience on the website. I planned to meet my parents this weekend but the spammers had already thought something different and keep my busy. :x
