If you are 120 days past due on those cards they are getting real close to being charged off and turned over to a collection agency. Is the money to a landlord for breaking a lease or is it your current landlord for back rent? You do not show enough debt here to qualify for most consolidation programs but you can work with them on your own. If you show a willingness to pay most companies, but not all, will work with you!
