Court Summons from LVNV

I received a summons stating that I am being sued, but nowhere does it state who the creditor is. I see the LVNV name, but don't even know who they are collecting for. So now I have to go to court or risk a judgment against me?

Welcome to the Community :D Cajun is right- they are really bad! I have been dealing with them for close to two years, they don't give up! How much is your debt and when was the last payment? LVNV buys debts from other companies, like Sears. Deal with them only by phone, they aren't very nice! Feel free to ask questions...Karen
