debt settlement co named Nickerson, Ryan & Baker LTD

Has anyone here ever dealt with a debt settlement company named Nickerson, Ryan & Baker LTD (Formerly Geana & Associates USA,Inc.)? They still have $3300 of mine, and I have been unsuccessful in receiving a refund.

Owner Information
I had dealt with this horrible company years ago. If you are still owed any money i believe they are out of business however if you dont already have this information the owners are Gene Liebman and Georganna Nickerson
