hi i got behind in 2 months of car payments as had to quit my job reason of being pregnant and was in situation i had to quit they r demanding i pay minium 200 a week for payments on arrears and normal payments wich leaves me practically nothing for food and petrol i dont understand why they have legal rights to take every cent off of me wen i made a reasonable offer of 150 a fortnight for payments but just on longer agreement can u help me please

You may want to try calling them again and speaking with a different agent, sometimes a different agent may be more willing to work with you. Also, is it possible to sell your car to pay of the loan and get something less expensive? Is that an option?
