I received a letter today from CACH, LLC being represented by attorneys in my own state along with a summons from local court that I'm being sued. It's from a CC bill about three years ago, although they have it was charged off in 2006. What can I do? It's almost triple what my limit on the card even was?! Please help

First of all you need to send them a debt validation letter. You don't want to be paying on something that you legally don't owe them. You want them to prove to you that they own this debt. I had the same problem with them. I never received any notice from CACH just a letter from a so called "attorney's office". You need to make sure that they are legal in your state and they do indeed own that debt. Check the statute of limitions on your debt. I sent a debt validation letter 3 times and still have received nothing.

Do a search in the search box for CACH, LLC and you will read alot of stories about them. Good luck

Well as lady suggested u can send a debt validation letter but from experience with CACH also, i can tell u they more than likely will NOT answer it! But send it anyway and make SURE to send it return reciept! Good luck and let us know if u have any more questions.
