when they repoled me car my things that was in my car they took and they want me to pay 50.00 dollars to get my stuff should i have to pay to get my stuff back thanks

You need to contact the bank about this. I'm willing to bet that this is the company that the bank contracted to repo your car who is trying to charge you money to get your stuff. You are fully entitled to your personal belongings.
