debt
sorry was refering to superior debt. did read some mixed messages on the company. trying to figure out the way to go. did get a phone call and teresa was willing to answer questions and gave me a reasonable and affordable amount. just scared i guess. i have about 30,000 in debt and am on disability. my bills were fine while i was working but the hit i took in the difference in pay just killed my ability to pay all my bills. she did say they would hold the money in a account and try to get the best deal, one card at a time. that is what worries me. she did say i could give them her name and number when they start bugging me. and she said they will try to talk me out of the program. just wondering if this is the best way to go? i can't get a loan because i bring in about 8000 a year, so options are limited.
superioir
there are two. this one is not registered with the BBB, the other one is. the CO is but vegas is not so i am wondering if i should trust them or not? should i try to get a hold of the other company or what? lord knows i don't want to things even worse with a company that cannot be trusted.

I don't want to tell you to go with a specific company, because I haven't used them. Since you owe so much and are limited on funds by disability, have you considered bankruptcy? I don't like to advocate that, but with your funds, it may have to be an option. I would see if you could get an appointment with a legal aid attorney, and see what they suggest. Unless you think you can handle the fees from a consolidation company, this may be the route for you. Talk with an attorney, or if you have one, your social worker and see what they say..Good Luck.KAren
