What next?

My original bank account (the ones that the PDLs had access to) has been closed for a little over a month now. I did open a new account with the same bank (before I read up on how that isn't really the best thing to do) right before I closed my old account. The new account has been fine. I actually did end up switching banks all together (due to paranoia) and had my direct deposit switched, but I still have the other one at my old bank open, and there has been no problems (knock wood). I debated closing it, but my Prosper payment comes out of that account each month, so I may just keep it open for that purpose. I don't want to give my new account to ANYONE! :)

They can be a bit wishy washy . . . . Sometimes people have good things to say about them, and other times they can be very hard to work with.

Did you just change account numbers? Or close and open a new account?

closed account opended new one and then closed old one . so far nothing has come thru that should not have and the test was 8/31/07 still need the letters to send as the companies are starting to call and leave messages and have gotten a couple of emails so far ..FYI

Just be sure to keep all written proof, that they are protecting your account. Any loss now will be their responsibility.

yes it is a relief now I just have to get my other bills caught up and where are the letters to send these companies .. I need to make sure they dont contact my job or get ugly have gotten an email from acouple of them and a phone call from one or 2 today.. will they mail stuff in the mail trying to collect :? what should i expect now ?

Try the DIY section there are in there. If you can't find what you are looking for let us know. you may need to alter the ones to fit your situation but that is okay just so that what you are telling them is what you intend to, does that make sense.

I had a pay day loan with Zip 19, but my bank account closed and I can no longer pay this loan back. What can the pay day loan company do?

walker, what state do you reside in? I'm thinking Zip 19 isn't even licensed/legal; however, I can check for you. How much did you borrow (principle amount only) and how much have you paid back total to date?

cannr. . .isn't zip19 connected to Northway Financial? I thought that I read on a post that it is.
