So, everything was going great today at work until I got a call from the fraud department with GFSIL. I told the lady not to call me at work anymore and hung up on her. Well then she called again within a couple of minutes and tried to pull the 'take you to jail for fraud' crap. I then proceeded to tell her that payday loans were illegal in NC and that I had been told by the attorney general's office that they couldn't take me to jail because they were operating illegally. She then asked for the AG's phone number, so I gave it to her and told her I knew he'd be so HAPPY to hear from them! I then repeated the 'do not call me at work again' spiel and hung up a second time. Well, I'll be darned if she didn't call me right back again! That time, when she said who it was, I just hung up without saying anything. I told my manager the situation and that she had called 3 times within 10 minutes and if she called again to tell her I'd gone home for the day. Well she did call back and he told her that our company would sue her on my behalf for harassing me at work and she hung up and didn't call back, lol. Anyways, I knew it'd happen eventually. Hadn't heard anything out of them in almost a month. Ugh, sorry, just venting a little. Also sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum.

Oh, give me a break! These people are so dirty! And, I'm so extremely glad your employer is so cooperative! Some people have to keep it a "secret" and live in fear at work from phone calls. But, watch out! They might come and arrest you tonight! LOL! Give me a break!

These places have no "fraud department". My God. Their "fraud department" is just the next customer service person sitting in front of the one that just called you. "Fraud". Who the hell is committing illegal transactions? I do believe I'm going to start turning these pdl's over to my OWN "fraud department".
