Help viewing Blog Video

I've been trying to watch the Blog video so I can figure out how to work on mine. I can't get any sound from the video. Is it me? Is it my computer (sound is on) HELP
I did start my blog the other day but I can't see it unless I go and log in to in again. It doesn't show up if you hit block on the menu to the right.
