When I added my son, it was pretty high, but is for boys. In our policy, if you maintain a certain grade point, take drivers ed, and something else- can't remember- it helps with the premium.

I am receiving a good discount by Geico because of my 3.8 GPA in college. They also will lower your premium by 10% if you take the "accident prevention" course. It is good for three years :D
