Before signing up

Is company part of BBB and Nation Faoundaiton for Credit Couseling or Association of Independent Consumer credit counseling Agencies? If I have questions after signing is there another number besides a toll free number? do you have a number in Michigan someon I can talk to in person? beside the $25.00 start up fee and $49.00 monthly are there any other fee. is the $49.00 included in my monthly payments towards my account. do i have to worry that my bills will not be paid after submitting payment to you once I open an acct with you.
