Question about a validation letter

I have two collections from Aargon Agency INC that I am almost 100% positive are from the same OC of University Medical Center. The first lists this OC, with an original amount of $276 and a past due $313 collection account.

The other has the original creditor as OPS2 LLC and that sounds like a CA to me! It lists the original amount as $276 and a past due $382 collection account.

Now what line would reflect the SOL? I'm a bit iffy on what these mean:

Date Opened: (is this the date the CA opened it or ?)
Reported Since: (CA reported or ??)
Date of Status: (not sure what this means)

The credit report lists these as due to fall off in Feb 2009...but I'm not sure how they came about this? Its 7 years from date of first delinquency right? But the listing does not show date of delinquency and I thought perhaps that is what date of status was, but then that date doesn't match up with the date of fall off. :roll:

And finally my last question...should I send two seperate letters to Aargon or dispute both in the same letter?

The only thing I am certain on is that they cannot legally collect on the same debt twice.
