Anyone know who this is?

I got 2 numbers. The caller id said FCS # 847-485-3998 and can't get any info. The message left was with an 800-706-3401... Did not leave company name... Anyone??

This company has been harrassing my daughter over money she can prove she does not owe. I'm just beginning to research the company (like five minutes ago) and I already know they've been ordered to CEASE AND DESIST froom doing business in Maine.
I'm on the case...
