What if i only authorized money to be taken out of my account one time only and i find out that they have taken out the same amount 30 days later without my authorization.

The above posts are right. Under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act the bank must investigate withing 45 days after your complaint regarding any unauthorized debits. If they don't, you can sue them.

Student Loan

If Synerprise is trying to collect on a student loan was the loan sold to them or is it still owed to the Board of Education? I'm 100 % and permanantly disabled and being hounded by Synerprise, even though my doctor signed and filled out the forms they requested, proving so.
