Credit Card on Report

It has all these nice little green oks up to date. Looks like its probably been doing this for 11 years.
Would I be correct to say just leave it alone and let it do its thing. I would imagine canceling would be bad and I wouldn't even know where the card is now so I can't use it.
Also I know this can make people cringe I did end up getting a credit card. I thought maybe making good payments on a card while paying stuff off would be a good idea. Don't worry about spending alot I have learned my lesson times 10. I just wanted to spend small amounts and pay them off.
Also whats better to make full payments in our situations or to do the few dollars more than minimum.

That account is sounding like a positive and should be left there for the age factor. I always pay my cards in full at statement cut date.If this is not possible,then pay as much as you can.

I am just gonna leave that credit card sit there and keep getting me ok marks every month. Just wasn't sure if it sitting there with no activity was good idea. But I figured cancelling card would be worse.
I kinda want to follow the advice of letting these things just drop off.
I need to know what makes the 7 years goto 10 years as far as I know I haven't recieved any written stuff other than the garbage mail they send evey month about deals. Thats not the written stuff they talk about that would make it goto 10 years???
And is it safe to say. That I have had this over my head for so many years that some good can actually come of it. I really do have the moral issue of actually paying. But I am also thinking if I start paying these smaller ones the bigger ones might pull my report and be like oh hey this guy is paying lets go after him.
Just some things I wanted to put past you to see if I am starting to grab the concept of this. This is all new to me.
