It's 8am in this house and no sounds but the tapping of the keyboard. If I pause.. complete silence. ......
It's lovely.
I did feel sad when I dropped my daughter off at her new school. She is in Jr. High this year. I felt a tear when she shut the door and walked away. I feel like going to go get her at her school and stop her from growing up so darn fast.

I hear ya FYI. My kids go back next Tuesday and I can't wait. But my daughter is going to be a senior this year. We had tears when hubby and I went to preview her senior pictures. She is growing so fast.
OMG 7 kids? How do you do it? I have a hard time with just my 2. Enjoy the silence right now because when they ALL get home it will be non stop talking and telling you about their day all at once.
Enjoy your day!!!

Gosh I remember those days!!! And I miss them too..:( I can remember being off work on wednesday's...the only day during the school year that I sort of had to myself while the kids were in school...of course that's the day I did laundry and grocery shopping but it was quiet all the same. They do grow up way too fast...now I sit here with no noise in the house at all and have to put my stereo on for company!! LOL...

I had a doctors appointment today so I was able to come home early so I could destress from that visit. My kids were all abuz with their new school talk. I am so glad they are excited. I was excited to know school lunches are actualy cheaper this year than last.
