They put loan in my account w/o my authorization. I can't find contact info for  huskhawk group. Can anyone help?

I did a search on Huskhawk Group and came up with customerservice(at)huskhawkmarketing.com
1-866-791-8974

Maybe, if you have something in writing from them, you will find more.

I am wondering how Huskhawk Group deposited the money into your account without any authorization and documentation. I will consider this as an invalid contract. Can you ask your bank to verify the debits by the loan company? They must have some ways to reach to the company. If Huskhawk Group are unable to do, they must revert the charges.

I have had two other payday loans which I pay on, one with a $300 balance and one with a $200 balance. But this huskhawk group is a 300 balance and I can't find a way to contact them to pay yet they deduct 90 from my checking every two weeks. I want to start paying but I can't locate them. What do I do?

I had applied online for the loan and they called. I, not knowing anything about what I was doing, thought this was the company I had applied to online. Then the next day I had two deposits and wasn't sure what was going on. I have been paying on the one like I said and since have found myself in the cycle. However, I haven't taken anymore out, I'm just trying to pay down the others. I never had any paperwork for this one, only the one online. I thought it was just the online company calling to verify information. Obviously I'm an idiot. I just don't know how to figure out who this is. If you search them they are impossible to find. I've tried everything I could think of.

Welcome to the Community :D If you don't know who they are, and your bank doesn't have any info on the debit done by Huskhawk Group - you need to get it removed as unauthorized. Did you take out any store front loans maybe? Feel free to post and ask questions..KAren

The only number attached to the debits and deposits are invalid phone numbers or some account number. My bank suggested doing a stop payment however if the amount they try to deduct changes it won't stop them from taking money. The frustrating thing is I'd love to just pay it off and be done with it. I just can't find Huskhawk Group.

Ask you bank what can be done, other than a stop payment. At the top of this Forum there is a thread by Goudah on what to do before closing your account.
You can have a hard hold on your account, but nothing will go through it, I elieve. Talk with a bank officer and tell them you don't know who this is an it is unauthorized.
You don't want to give money to someone (as Huskhawk Group) that you don't even know if you owe, right? Because if you are just giving money away, send some my way  Seriously, you need to find out who they are, or get it removed and debited back before you send them money. Once you do, it is never enough, they will add fees, etc..Good Luck..KAren :D

Huskhawk Group? Nothing. However, reading your posts, they contacted you via telephone? This is why you have no documentation. This is a very illegal company, if that's the case. This is a "verbal contract", so you will have no loan documentation. However, I'm in awe that the bank has no information on them especially regarding the deposit. It doesn't say who it came from? It has no phone numbers or names associated with the actual deposit? Anyway, let's forget about that. This is way illegal. You're best bet is to close your account. You have 2 other pdl's you're paying on? More than likely they're not even legal either. If you wish, you can post what state you are in and who the pdl's are and we can check. And, I'll be honest, I'll be damned if I pay a company that deposited money in my account and takes out 90.00 every week/two weeks and I don't even know who they are!

I work for a bank. Your ACH department, which is how these debits are processed, will have a number that is attached to the transaction. It may not be the company it might be their processing company. The can direct you to the appropriate company. In most cases you can also do a stop payment on an ACH transaction using the company ID rather than the amount. They will stop any payments that come through using that ID. Most companies do have more than one ID. I'm not sure what bank you are with but I work for a fairly large bank and know that they can provide you with more information as far as who is processing the debits. If you have any other questions feel free to ask everyone here has helped me a great deal I just want to return the favor

I just paid off my loan with Huskhawk Group. The only way you can do a payoff is to fax your payoff request and they will call you back. Their information is on the email loan documents they sent you. 866-817-5932.

Hello Everyone. I just confirmed with the bank (Wamu) that this place is a fraud. They game me a # of 813-949-1878 which is the company who debited the money and they gave me the number 877-377-2677 who gave me 866-871-5932 which is also the incorrect number. All I did was go in a big circle and got nothing accomplished. I suggest you all do like I am and close your account because this debiting by Huskhawk Group can go on forever and they will have your information if you keep your account open.

I have tried calling 8668175932 (this is the number that is located on my back account) and the number is no good. I just need to pay the crazy thing off. Does anyone have anymore information? I am truely at a loss.

I had a loan with Huskhaw Marketing that I paid off on the 15th of this month.

Their number is: 866-817-5932

and you can contact one of their employees "daniel" who I worked with at Daniel@HuskHawkMarketing.com.

Hopefully since I paid it out on time, we won't have further problems.

I've had a loan with hushhawk group before. When I went back to contact them, there was no way to contact them. On my contract they sent to me there was a phone number but the number never worked. I think they may have changed names or something. I eventually paid the loan off but never had any contact with the company.

I emailed a guy who works for them at Daniel@HuskHawkMarketing.com and tell him that you want to pay off the loan (even if thats not the case just so you can talk to someone) and he will call you back within the same day. He will call from a number listed as 301-882-9986. This is what happened to me.

I, too, took out a loan from these people and just sent a payment to them registered mail. I found out that this place is located in the West Indies. I have their address and phone number. The number is 1866-817-5932. There like 3 people that work there, Anthony, Daniel, and the supposed Supervisor, Amy, or Jaime....Yeah, I did NOT trust these people at all!!!!! I opened up a new checking account and I hope once they get my $510.00 cashier's check it will be all over!!!!

This company seems REAL fishy!!!!!!

My husband had a payday loan through Huskhawk. We have paid and paid on this loan. We finally closed our account and now we are being hounded by a company, they say is a Law Firm called EAD 803-791-7900. I asked if I could send a cashier's check or Money order. She said no only a credit card over the phone. That sounds awful strange to me! What legal company won't take CASH? We have worked very hard to pay off the payday loans to never get into the situation again. I don't know what to do now, I will not give them my bank account or debit card information, I won't. They are not from the US and I am afraid they will continue trying to take more. I live in Oregon and the loans are ilegal here in the first place. I don't have a problem pay the money we owe, though we already have. Now this EAD for Huskhawk is calling us at work and home. This lady said a Judge would laugh in our face because we borrowed the money and refused to pay it back. Though that is not what we said or did. I just won't give them my personal info ever again! Does anyone have a suggestion on how we can handle this company or Huskhawk? Thank you

Huskhawk Group LTD is a Payday loan company. The phone number listed on my sisters paperwork is 1-866-568-5559. Not sure if it will work. Check with your state Attorney General's Office because in some states (NY), payday loans are Illegal (unless specifically licensed) and you may be able to get out from under their endless interest and fees.

Before getting a loan from this people you need to investigate more. I received a loan from them in December of last year and discuss with one of their workers about paying back my loan, well they are taking money out my account and still telling me that it have nothing to do with the loan. The small amount that I got they double up on payment before starting to take out the loan money. they excuse is that I never told them to start taking out the loan money. Does this make sense to you. Why would allow my finance charges to be higher them the loan. I know banking I worked for city bank NASDAQ for years. I will mail in the payments to be on the save side.

this company deposited 500 dollars into a newley opened account and with drew it with in minutes of it being posted before we even knew what happend.
then they called me at my work number here at my military installation in afghanistan wanting their money.
as you can imagine I had few choice expletives for the a__Holes!!
the bank suspected us of money laundering but we told bank to shut down account and we called Attorney general as did the bank and filled a complaint against this bogus company.
my advice to every one concerend is file a complaint with BBB and attorney general for their state!
Also notify your credit reporting agencies about this fraudulent scheme and that you dispute any actions from this group.
