Hi everyone...So I am in a boatload of issues here with PDL's and I cannot stop the madness. I am even thinking of having to get a second job to pay for these things due to the "refinance" fees..

What is (if any) the recourse of the internet pdl is not licensed in CA?
The following are the pdl's, all internet:

Eastside Lenders, Cash Transfer Centers, payday loan yes, one step cash,cashcetnral.com.

Any help would be much appreciated!

PS-I did register but didnt want my name showing up...

volley, the one I got is the one listed with the BBB. However, you know how often pdl's "move". Send it/use it for both addresses. That way if one is returned, they may receive the other one. Whoever posted the Kansas address may have their "new" address that the BBB does not have listed.

Hi everyone....just checking in with updates. Getting ready to check the USPS site to see who has gotten their letters as of yet ( got certified mail w/traking #). Got a BUNCH of calls yesterday and today that I am logging...didnt answer them but I have them on caller ID. Really dumb messages..one person was using her own name to leave a message for herself "..hi this is Lee with a message for Lee, you need to call me..."...ummm, I'm not Lee dummy!

volley, I sent you a pm a couple of days ago. Check your messages. Email the crap out of them. Email what you have faxed/mailed. Then email them telling them to cease contacting you via telephone. Tell them you will only communicate via email/USPS. Every single time they call you, send that email again. If they call you 12 times, email it 12 times. I can't promise they'll stop calling any time soon, but eventually they will tire of calling if they don't get you on the phone at all & they'll resort to using email. I'm telling you, volley. Every single time they call your phone, send that email. Document that they have called on such & such date at such & such time and you are not communicating by telephone at all. Do this every time. This way, you will have your documentation that they called & you contacted them regarding it. And also, they might finally "get the hint" and email you. Eventually...........
