Can anyone please help me? I keep getting this guy James Brou, that says that he is from United States processing Department, and that If I don't call and take care of my problem, then he will send a police officer to m y place of work, or to my home. Is he for real, or just blowing smoke?? Please reply with any help.. Thanks -V-

Welcome to the Community :D He's blowing smoke- they won't arrest you.

Who or what is he suppossed to be collecting for? Find out what company he is with and send them a debt validation letter to make sure they are legally bound to be able to collect this debt.

They will try to scare you into giving bank account info-don't- and all sorts of ways to make you pay, even if you don't owe it!

Give us some more info on the company name- couldn't find anything on that name, and we will put you in the right direction..KAren
