ladybug, I am just trying to get the forum feedback on which one should I go for I am in a jam with the mortgage company and need to make a decision before 10/4/2007 before I get serve with pre-foreclosure papers (Lis Pendes?)

Have you tried to work out a re-payment plan with your mortgage company first? This or the short cash sale are the best options.
