new to site, need a little help

Hi, I owe aprox. 6000dollars in credit card debt and thats spread out across 10 cards with very low balances. I also have a car payment of 459.9 a month. Basically what I would like to do would consolidate all of my credit cards to one payment so I can pay each of those big payments out of one paycheck. With all of these payments its hard for me to remember all of them so I can incurring late fees and now it's hard to catch up.
Could somebody let me know which debt consolidation company is a good one to go with, I need room to breath so I can have a life without wondering if I can buy something, thanks
