I totally agree with the comments on poor customer service from Mezy!! I have been in this program for about 14 months now and they never contact me, update me on my case, NOTHING!! The only way I find anything out is by calling them. I have paid the FEE and now I have a small balance in my esgrow account. I just called them for an update and was told that the last time a negotiator called my creditors, no settlement was reached. That was 2 months ago. The lady said she would have them call again. I am supposed to be finished with this program around Feb/Mar 08 timeframe. I asked what happens if no settlement is reached by then and basically she told me that if I decide to get out of the program, the esgrow would be refunded to me. Problem is, ALL that interest, fees AND debt is STILL THERE!! I've spent almost 2 years for NOTHING!! I feel like I am spinning my wheels and not getting anywhere!! I was told when I joined this program that at the end of the contract, I would be debt free (from those that I included).....sounded great but I am concerned that I am being screwed!! I did this to better myself but it seems that I am only making it worse!! If anyone has ANYTHING good to say or any encouraging words of wisdom, PLEASE pass it on!! I am looking for any hope or encouraging comments.
