You guys are NOT going to believe this! Or maybe you will... I just got a telephone call from some man named Mr. Martez and left the phone number 1-866-504-7548. I called back (feeling frisky). They answered the phone as PDM. I googled the number first, nothing came back. He informed me that he was calling regarding an "outstanding pay day loan" with Web Pay Day. He wanted to give me a "courtesy call" before pursuing further "legal" action on my "outstanding balance" of $120.00. I sweetly replied to Mr. Martez "Ummm. No. I have a copy of a letter from Web Pay Day stating this account is paid in full. I also have their response to the BBB and also their response to my state AG. And, by the way, they REFUNDED me my overpayment for illegal charges. Would you like a copy of this information?" Stutter, stutter, stutter. He said "Uh, yes, I would. I don't understand why they would turn this over to us if that is the case." I told him sweetly "You will have your fax tomorrow." He said he will "get this straighted out". Oh, Mr. Martez, what would I do without you???? You're going to "straighten out" my illegal pay day loan? Oh, my goodness, thank you. Can you believe these jerks? Web Pay Day was the first one to refund me for my overpayment. And to be quite honest, I do have all the documentation; however, I'm not going to go out of my way to dig it all out and fax it to some illegal collection agency regarding an illegal pay day loan. It did throw me though. Them calling me at work. Of course I answered and said I wasn't here! LOL! Then I called back like someone had given me a message. Here we go!!!!!!!!!

in regards to these people, i am enrolled in a pay dayloan assistance program, and theyre taking care of my loans for me. They told me that this company is an internet loan provider and have no legal backing, so any legal scare tactic they use is false. i was jsut told by this company that i could go to court fior this. I would love to know if there was a way to bring them up on false information.

this JWORTH has been on before.defending ipdl's and the mopes who collect for them.this bottomfeeder is not licensed in just about every state.i checked FFD RESOURCES in the IL DFI website.lo and behold.neither PDM or FFD comes up as licensed.so i say BFD to FFD.just another alias if it exists.

i'll give it a look.will take time since your not registered,but i do remeber a couple.what state are you in again?there is a difference between WEB payday and webpayday.the latter is legal.the former is not.

Shut the phone down right in their face

I took out a loan...paying it...and they called me to tell me i was a biatch for not paying..i said get them on the phone we'll do a 3 way conversation they said no biatch...just slam the phone in their face...there a bunch of idiots..
Do not give them any of your personal information, change all your accounts numbers.

I've been paying my bills the whole time, the guy speaks no english but calls himself tom smith....slam the phone right in their faces...
