I received an e-mail from Payday Loan Yes...(CashNet) today... we are experiencing a problem with your checking account and I was instructed to contact Tim Atkins, Branch Manager.

YA THINK!!! Yest there is a problem with my account, you people have robbed me blind......

Anyway....I was going to e-mail him back with a copy of the letter I sent, faxed etc. Should I. Like I have said. I would much rather argue in writing, a) I am better at it and b) then I have written documentation. I also would at least like to be available for contact in an effort to keep them from calling me.

Now I have been called by Sharon from First National Services, she gave the number 800-654-7444 ext 825, very clipped tone. Searched BBB and they are associated with Cash Net 500 and GFSIL and Cash Net. I have sent and faxed both companies and e-amiled Cash Net 500 c&d letters. I guess I need to work faster on those complaints. I do not know if I am up for this or if I can do this. Every time the phone rings I jump and I am a budle of nerves.

Great!! A crazy person and a woman who does not have to own a care becuase she rides a broom.. I know GFSIL is Global Fianacial, so is Cash Net part of Global Fianacial but different than GFSIL, is that what you are saying. I need to communicate with each individually. The BBB has them listed with same phone number.

It's possible . . . . I could have to initials wrong, and GFS and GFSIL could be the same. But there would be no relation to Cash Net and Global.

Have you done a search for Cash Net 500 on this site yet? If not, please do. They can be a pain in the butt to deal with, more so then most pdl's . . . . .

Yes..I initially had Cash Net 500 confused with Cash Net Usa. I have read where both GFS and Pay day Yes (Cash Net 500) were difficult, to put it mildly. So it looks like I'll have these two and Pay Chcek Today, which is on Cannr's MTE list, that will be the most difficult to deal with. I guess that is not too bad...3 out of 7.

roxy (or whoever you are - LOL!) Email these idiots back that are calling you. Do not call them back. All they will do is harrass you over the telephone, claim they abide by THEIR state law, argue over the fact that you signed the loan documents, on and on and on. Every time one of them called me, I would get on email, send them ANOTHER email stating for them not to contact me via telephone and that I would only corresponde via email or USPS. Let them know ONCE AGAIN that internet pdl's are illegal in your state. Remind them that you have filed complaints with your state agencies. Tell them to not contact you via telephone at your place of employment, your home, or any other telephone number they may have. Do this EVERY time they call you. Hang up on them if you get stuck with them. Then email them again. They'll eventually get the friggin drift that you'll corresponde via email. Duh. GSFIL is more than likely the same as GSF. They change their initials a lot and go by many different names. They are located in the UK and they will hound the hell out of you over the telephone. They eventually resorted to email with me. Yes, they are the same as Cash Today. Like I said, they go by MANY different names. Still the same illegal overseas company. I can not stress enough that you file with the FTC especially on the overseas pdl's. As far as Kentucky Attorney General filing, I'm sorry, but your "nasty" handwriting will have to do! LOL! You need to print the form out, fill it out, attach anything you want to attach, and mail in two copies to their office. Here's a trick I did so my arm didn't fall off with my 3,000 complaints - I typed up a "summary" sheet of my complaint regarding the pdl. Where it says on the complaint form "state your complaint" or whatever it says, I wrote "please see attached detailed summary sheet". Hell, my arm would have fallen off if I had to write all that stuff for every complaint! Do that. Fill in all the other information, then attach your "summary" sheet explaining your situation and the problem. Tell them everything. It works. Anything else? Just post! :D

Just pay off the loan. It drives me nuts on how everyone in this site crys about the evil humanity of these loan companies. They were nice enough to loan you the money. Sure the rates are higher than can be imagined, but this wasn't an issue when you applied and signed the contract. The problem is that most people on these forums disobeyed the number one holy law of life "READ BEFORE YOU SIGN"! Now they are upset with themselves and dont want to face the rath of there own decision. Instead of trying to find clever ways of getting out of your own debt, just pay your bills! -Brad

Brad, why donkt you read the post before you comment on it. The person did not take out a loan, it is a scam that they sent her in order to get her persoanl infomation. Since you think it is so great and real, why donkt you go for it and come back and lets us know how much they #$%&^&&* you for.

thanks

See this is what im talking about. This poor us attitude like some sort of minority. The advantage is given by yourselves. As with borrowing money from anyone there are terms. You either agree or do not. I am not saying the fees are reasonable, but that you did indeed agree to them. I am not against this whole uprising of debtors thing, I think its great. There are definetely things collectors should not do, and have no right to as well. To reiterate once again just pay what you signed for. Then don't do it again!!

Thank you all for comming to my defense. It is bad enough to have to take this beligerent garbage from the companies..I hate when it happens here..for all of us. It is so easy to sit at the computer and judge all of us. I really feel sorry for Brad. Evidently he has no sense of humanity. That should get him far.

Thanks Cannr - I did do the summary and printed it off 14 times. I will continue with the typing. If I write it, it will not do me any good ...they could never read it. I should have been an M.D. not a PhD. Oh and one more thing... Squiggy??? that was so not nice!!

Roxy, I got the exact same email from payday loan yes yesteray (problem with your checking account). I emailed them back asking for their mailing address so I could mail payment. I got another email from them today stating WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT BY MAIL, NO CHECKS, NO MONEY ORDERS. They instructed me to email them my credit card information. Whatever!

roxy (squiggy) - You're doing well. That summary sheet idea saved my life. I was like "I'm not writing all this stuff down!" So I typed it out. Works!

meek - Tell them to "bite you". They can give you a physical address to mail a payment to or they can sit there without payment. Their choice.

brad - BITE ME.

I emailed Cash Net 500 (pay day loan yes)back this morning in reference to their phonecall yesterday..like Cannr advised. I think it was weak but I am not good at this stuff given that this is the first one. Please let me know what you think and if I should have done something differently..

have previously sent your company faxes, e-mails and informing you regarding my loan and instructing your company to cease and desist. I specifically stated you are not to contact me by telephone. You are to contact me by usps mail or e-mail only. On August 30, 2007, I was contacted by Sharon with First National Services which is associated with your company. I wished to settle this situation amicably however, based on the actions of Pay Day Loan Yes, this will not be that case. Given your refusal to abide by this document, I am left with no choice but to file with the BBB, the state Attorney General and all other agencies. I am including my letter again for your reference.

I do not hold out much hope of even making a point with this company. They funny thing is that they are the first pdl I flied a bbb complaint on. I am trying to get all these filed first so I can print all that off to go to the KY AG. I just hope I am stating my case well enough. I am trying not to be strong yet, interested in resolving this issue so when I file complaints and provide the documentation I can show I have done all I can to resolve the situation and the companies are not cooperating. I want to do everything I can to be sure this situation is taken seriously by the various agencies.

roxy, you're doing good! I, too, started off with just facts and laws - period. Then once the pdl's started getting nasty or they started responding with lies, then I gradually got nastier. Until up to the point where I think I was really ticking them off! Maybe this is why these people continue to hit my account? Revenge? LOL!

You guys are so funny! :D Actually, I just get so frustrated over the telephone with them. How many times can you say the same thing over and over? Finally you can't help but "snap" and just start getting nasty. That's when I fire off the emails. I think they really don't like it when you quote word for word your entire telephone conversation with the date, time, and who you spoke with. Whenever I do that, I don't hear from them again. Remember, even if it's a phone call, write it all down. Email it to them. Let them be aware that you are not stupid and you are documenting everything.

YOu forget...we are forced to say the same things over and over to them...they are "reading" from the manual. And evidently one of the requirements to work for these companies is the inability to communicate and articulate above a third grade level..I have noticed in the various posts which quote e-mails and phone calls, that these worker comunicatie much like the 8 year old next door. When you deal with people who are definately not smarter than a fifth grader it does become frustrating.

I am proud of you Cannr, you take that anger and frustration and turn it into something positive..even if it does take a drink and a smoke first.

Now for the second of the tow..This one made me laugh...Turn me over to collections...please..OK..turn me over to collections for loans I never asked for and have grossly overpaid.....I guess it is off to the AG's ofice with this one too... I already filed with the BBB so I guess I will just print this off and add it to the stack of documentation.

Dear XXXXXX

Is there some reason your payment was returned NSF?

Your signed loan agreement states that you agree to pay this loan off in full and/or with refinance installment payments. Your payment is now overdue.

Please remit full payment or contact our customer center at 866-663-6918 if you have any questions or concerns regarding this account advisement.

Failure to send the full amount or make payment arrangements will result in your account being turned over to collections. Your prompt attention is required to resolve this issue.
