I have not heard of any! If you need help dealing with some however please tell us who they are how much you borrowed from each one. How much you have paid so far and what state you live in.
Class action suits take a lot of money and spread it around a lot of people. The clients get little and the lawyer gets a lot.

Very well stated Bossy. Our complaints are the only leverage we have. I am already seeing changes in the behavior of certain IPDLs and State Regulatory Agencies. Unfortunately the trend is for these IPDLs to become unregulated Credit Service Organizations. We must press our State Agencies for regulation in this area. I was reading an online article about how to become a pay day lender. They recommended CSO as the way to go.
