MTE Financial response regarding my complaint filed with BBB

Did you file a complaint with your state's attorney general's office, Department of Finance, and the FTC? If not, then start those complaints rolling in.

I am confused as to what do they mean by "proprietary information", what does that mean in layman's terms?

proprietary: belonging to a proprietor: i.e. They say they can't tell you because it belongs to them, it is something they own.

In more other words, they don't want to tell you because they don't have a license.

But last time I checked, or was in any business establishment, they've got their license and all sort of other legal info in a frame on the wall where everyone who visits that business can see it. So they do need to be licensed and registered to be a business, and if they aren't then whatever they are doing is illegal.

And if you know that, then you know that you don't have to pay them back. But I think I'm over explaining myself, because I'm sure you knew all that part.

guest, MTE, of course, is not going to give out their license information because it does not exist. The BBB is kind of worthless when it comes to MTE. MTE lies, the BBB closes it. End of discussion with the BBB. However, I feel as though filing is good anyway because it's another "mark" on MTE. You need to file with the FTC and your state AG regarding MTE. They are so illegal. Am I safe to assume you have done something with your bank account so that MTE can no longer debit? Because they will FOREVER. I do not forsee MTE turning you over to an outside collection agency. They use "themselves" as a collection agency. If they were to turn you over to an outside collection agency, it would most likely be an illegal one. Illegal all the way around. I have been dealing with MTE for awhile (they bore me now!). If you have any questions, please post! :D

How is it proprietary when the state registers businesses and their license information is made available on public web sites. Doesn't the states "grant" licenses which can be revoked at any time? For example, You do not own you drivers license.It can be taken away without your permission... That comment is stupid...Sorry went off on a tangent :D

Now, have you not learned by now that anything MTE related follows their "own" set of laws & rules, roxy? I love to hear all the stuff they have to say. They think they're "quick", but they're so transparent, it's sickening. If I could only have kept a list of everything that they've said that made me say "What????" LOL!

Cannr - I know, I know but sometimes I am overcome by the stupidity of these comanies and I loose my head. Wouldn't it be nice if we could all make up our rules and laws...Imangine what we could do to them. I think I am going to do that when they contact me. Give them a taste of their own and invent my own lawe regarding the infringement of human rights (or somethng) by the pdl's. As it is they do not speak or write using correct grammar or anything above 5 letter or 2 syallable words.

I did file with the FTC and WI AG, but I have not gotten a response from them yet. Today is the last day to accept MTE's offer, which is not going to happen...so I expect the calls will start tomorrow....
