it is 1-800-693-3796. when i call it it doesnt state
who they are. some guy named mr.woods called but i
dont know whos hes with he got mean on my answering machine.i googled and found nothing.if you can help

Sounds like an illegal collection company. If they call you back
Sounds like an illegal collection company. If they call you back, be sure to ask for their business name, physical address and license number. If they refuse to divulge those three requests, then they are illegal.

Does not identify their name when the answering machine picks up. When it went to a live person, they said something like "Thank you for calling Malcolm Engstrom" or "Insurance".....she wasn't very easy to understand. I probably should have asked her to repeat herself, but nah. :)
Collection number
They are a collection agency for HSBC card services. I called back and got the info.
