They can be very difficult to deal with. I had to get the supervising examinor from my state to call them on my behalf, and they still wouldn't mark me PIF. They even fought with my state guy! But they did leave me alone after that, so I count that as a win.

I sent a complaint through the BBB of Utah and the Letter the BBB sent to Payday Loan Yes was returned as undeliverable. Well I contact the DFI of Utah and found that Payday Loan Yes, Fast Cash Advance and Global Payday Loans are not licensed in Utah at all.
