Bank Account Freeze

Anyone had to deal with this, and is this legal, after you have already signed a legal agreement settling on a payment amount between both parties. Then the next day they, they take all your money out of your bank account! How is that legal? Not sure what to do now?

Is this as a result of a judgement, or just between a payday loan or credit card company?

You said you signed a legal agreement, if this is so, I would think they couldn't do that, unless there is a clause for default or something.
