Webpayday calls me everyday

So i just got a call from webpayday. Oh and they call me everyday. I borrowed $400.00 dollars from them on my first loan. Paid it off last year and recently got another loan from them for another $400.00. I havent made a payment to them because i got so caught up in other payday loans until i closed my bank account. I have had every intention on paying them until I found out today that i paid them a total of $880.00 on my first loan. Which means totally i borrowed $800.00 from them and i have paid them back $880.00. They owe me 80 bucks but I dont even care about it. So what should i do? I know i shouldn't pay them another dime since i have paid them over what i owe. I already contacted the BBB and my state AG office.


stud, how long ago did you file with the BBB? Once the BBB gets the complaint, they will contact WebPayDay. They then give them a certain amount of time to respond. I personally received a refund from them. Did you email/fax/mail a letter to WebPayDay stating your laws, what you paid, they are illegal, etc? I did it almost all via email. They refunded me every penny I paid over the principle amount of the loan. Of course, filing your complaints is still the right thing to do. But I just wanted to let a little light shine in here. I did get a refund from them personally via email correspondence with them.
