Good Info! i also got an email but from "Tammy"@centrinex about my Eastside lenders account saying they have tried to work with me on "several" occasions?? Hello..this is the first I have heard from them.
I am going to respond and attach a soft-copy of the letter that I sent to them certified mail (with a tracking # to confirm delivery). ha! What part of illegal fees do they not understand????
reply
Sorry guys! Yes, the email was four pages. Apparently they don't understand and I am a firm believer in documentation, so I felt as though I had to re-state everything and also include a few more "comments". Yes, my keyboard did start smoking! But I'll be damned if they claim they didn't receive anything from me. I've got all the documentation, baby! And, volley, when you email your friend, Tammy, please do me a favor and also ask her what name and license number both Eastside Lenders and Centrinex are operating under legally. I think that will open their eyes just a little bit. I told them I would be glad to receive this "information" to forward on to my DFI and my AG.
cannr-Will do! and will report back with the response.

Are these people overseas. If so, she might not understand the email and have to get an interpreter...(Did I say that????:-))

Cannr...I think you should go get another keyboard to have on hand as a backup...I am worried about the pressure you put your unit though...LOL. I would die if your keyboard went down and I had to waut for you to run to the store to get another...you go girl!!!

LOL! Well, Cannr. At least they are in the United States...but...that makes it worse. They should KNOW they need a license to harrass people. We need a license for EVERYTHING here. :-)
We may want to consider pitching in and getting her a backup. :l

No let's just get her a software program like viavoice or something like that where all she has to do is talk and it will type for her. Give her fingers a break.

There really is software like that. A cheap version is ViaVoice but their are several different kinds. You just need to look at them to see what would fit you best. My husband got one so he could continue to do his school work after shoulder surgery and his right arm was in a sling for 4 weeks. I can't use it because it is programmed for his voice. We got the cheap version that could only be programmed for one person. Imagine the a** chewing you could do with this program.
