I took out a loan with Interim Cash for $225, and they have been debiting my account weekly, can they do this? First it was $60, then $55, and got notice my next on will be $50? Is this right?

I get paid weekly, however I asked them for a copy of the contract I signed stating that and they said that it was verbal??? and they recorded it.. They also said they were licensed in Indiana, but didn't know their number??? I asked if I could hear the recording and he said he would have to find it and that I would have to call back... They are A$$holes!!! I will be calling back in an hour to see what I agreed to.

Interim Cash ..the same as BIG and GFSIL...and to the best of my knowledge are not licensed in Indiana..

Also if they do by some chance have a license under another company name they should be able to rpovide you with the name and license number they are lending under. I know they will keep debiting in decreased amounts til they reach $35. and then it will be that amount forever...they debit according to how often you are paid. I had the same situation with my loan with GFSIL.I ended up paying well over $500. just in their "fees".
