Back in the beginning of this year I filed complaints with the Indiana Attorney Generals office against old payday loans I got on the internet. Yesterday I got 3 letters back with a response from the AG of IN.....Just like I thought they cant do a thing to help me but they are forwarding my complaints to the (DFI)of Indianapolis....

Has anyone had any luck with the DFI? Like my previous post- I really dont think theres a point in filing complaints with the AG. These complaints were filed in FEB of this year...it takes 6 MONTHS to get a response?

What can I expect to happen with the DFI? Anything or am I just wasting my time again?

Tweety here in Indiana I have actaully had better luck with the AG office than I did when I talked to the DFI. It's different in every state...I emailed the DFI with questions and he so cunfused me...finally Goudah called them and got a direct answer from them however I had already filed with the AG and the following week recieved letters from them..so I stopped at that point. The AG office here does mediate on your behalf.
