what can we do about payday loans

My husband started getting payday loans for quick help but now we seem to be getting buried. I dont know what we are going to do if we dont get some kind of control on these things.Our checks go to these loans with very little left over and no progress on the loans themselves. Is there anything we can do?

If you can post the information shown below, we can help you get out of the payday lending cycle:

-state you are located in
-names of the lenders you are dealing with
-whether the lenders are storefront or internet based
-how much you borrowed from each one (principal only, no interest or fees)
-how much you have paid back to each one (include everything you've paid - fees and interest included)

Armed with this info, we can give you some advice on how to deal with these lenders and get out of this never ending cycle, and regain control of your paycheck.

I too would like to know what i can do, i have defaulted on payday loans to get more loans to pay the finance charges on the previous ones.

I know, how stupid.
